Reiner, Simpson, Timmons & Slaughter, LLP is a firm of nationally known California attorneys specializing in large cases for consumers.  Mr. Reiner and Mr. Simpson were individually nominated as  California Consumer Attorney of the Year for 2005.  Most recently the firm served as lead counsel on a case that settled for in excess of $440 million dollars on behalf of patients who had received unnecessary heart surgeries.  Reiner, Simpson, Timmons & Slaughter, LLP  has represented many clients with regard to defective products and has been consistently successful in recovering damages for our clients. The firm currently represents clients who have suffered injuries as a result of the ingestion of magnets which can fall off or be easily removed from the magnetic building sets.
